Prior to joining Sattiraju & Tharney, LLP in 2020, Gareth worked for both the Federal and New Jersey judiciaries. He served as a judicial fellow to Hon. Claire C. Cecchi, a District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Thereafter, Gareth served as a Law Clerk to Hon. Thomas M. Moore, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County, Law Division.
Gareth graduated, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. At Fordham Law, Gareth was a Research Assistant to Professor John D. Feerick, one of the authors of the Twenty-Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution. He was also a member of a clinic Professor Feerick led that formulated recommendations for improving the constitutional and statutory law governing presidential succession in the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Gareth earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Fordham University in Philosophy and Ethics, respectively. Upon graduating from Fordham College, Gareth was awarded the Class of 1915 Prize for Oratory, an honor given each year to the most outstanding speaker in the senior class.
