Sattiraju & Tharney, LLP Representing Police Dispatcher In Discrimination Case

Attorney Ravi Sattiraju is representing a police dispatcher, Nicholas Curcio, who says he was "called a 'monkey' and the N-word because of discolorations of his leg related to his diabetes."

It is expected for the case to go to trial later this year unless a settlement is reached. There have been similar discrimination cases against the Wall Township government. Ravi said this regarding the latest settlement: “This settlement is part of an ongoing problem in Wall Township, where they were not mindful of their obligations under employment laws or respect for people,” Sattiraju said. “They’re going to are repercussions.”
